Bonnie — Brawl Stars draft guide
Where Bonnie sits in the current ranked meta, the build to run, and how to use them in a draft.
Draft verdict
Weak in the current meta. Pick only if you know exactly why.
Draft role: Sniper. Pick Bonnie when the draft needs that slot filled.
Kit
Main attack
Fires from her Clyde cannon at range (tanky poke form), or a fragile close-range Star Launcher attack after leaving the cannon.
Super
Launches Bonnie out of the cannon toward a target location.
Build
Gadgets
Loose Tooth, Star Launcher-related utility gadget; current meta favors "Sugar Rush" (temporary movement/reload speed boost).
Star powers
"Black Powder" is the top pick, extending her post-launch Star Launcher range to roughly 10 tiles.
Gears
Super Charge + Damage.
Recommended build
Black Powder star power + Sugar Rush gadget + Super Charge/Damage gears.
How to play Bonnie
- Play the Clyde-cannon form like a poking artillery piece; only launch out when you can secure a kill or objective.
- Her post-launch form is fragile — Black Powder's added range and Sugar Rush's speed boost cover her two biggest weaknesses (short range and low mobility after launching).
- Strongest on open maps; struggles in narrow, cover-heavy corridors where she can't safely poke from the cannon.
